The Opatija Riviera is a place chosen by the gods who, according to Slavic mythology, lived on the slopes of the Učka Mountain, tailored by kings and emperors at the end of the 19th century, whilst today this area offers divine beauty and royal treatment to every guest.
Mošćenice, a medieval Istrian town, 14 kilometres from the famous summer resort of Opatija, above the small fishing village of Mošćenička Draga. It emerges on the eastern slopes of the Učka Mountain with a breath taking view over Kvarner and the islands of Krk and Cres.
